Athletes will focus on developing core strength, stability, balance, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness through age-appropriate exercises. The goal is to build a strong physical foundation that supports athletic development, improves movement quality, and helps young athletes become stronger and more confident.

Jump & Harness Classes

A focused class designed to help figure skaters develop stronger, more consistent, and technically sound jumps through a combination of jump technique and harness training.

Athletes will work on takeoffs, rotation, air position, landing technique, timing, balance, and body control. The harness provides a safe and effective way to work on new and developing jumps while allowing skaters to focus on proper technique and confidence.

Through targeted drills and progressions, skaters will build the strength, coordination, timing, and consistency needed to improve their jumping skills and progress toward more advanced elements.

Suitable for skaters of different levels, with training adapted to each athlete’s individual needs and abilities.
